We are very happy to welcome Tobias Walch, a young man here from Lech. Our Chef Georg has set up a great training program over 3 years for his aprentice. Last creation of Tobias a fine desert called “Walk over Auenfelder” – based on products found along this trail (milk, honey, berries, flowers, …)
