A) 01st to 15th December 2017 / 08th to 22nd April 2018: we offer 10% Early Bird Discount for bookings starting 5 nights – non refundable rate
Advent: Reduced season tariff valid when departing on the 23rd or 24th December 2017
B) Christmas Eve mandatory supplement € 170 per adult: Festive dinner incl. Apéritif, corresponding wines and
table drinks; departure prior New Year´s Eve reduced Christmas tariff is valid!
C) New Year´s Eve mandatory supplement per adult € 280: Dinner Dance incl. cocktail-party with music, wine
and table drinks, champagne, brunch on New Year’s day; children up to 16 years of age go for free.

Rescission by the Party – Cancellation fee
5.5 The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral
declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being
liable to pay a cancellation fee.
5.6 Outside the period specified in § 5.5., the Party may only rescind the Accommodation
Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following
cancellation fees:
– 40% of the total agreed price by 3 to 1 month before the date of arrival;
– 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;
– 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.
